Published schemes of work used at St Paul's CPS VA to implement our curriculum vision and intent.
These schemes are supplemented, enriched and developed, through trips, visits, beautiful literature and creative arts.
The White Rose Education

Along with the majority of other primary schools in England, St Paul's CPS VA staff use White Rose Maths materials and planning to deliver a comprehensive scheme of work to all children in school. St Paul's CPS VA have also chosen to invest in the use of The White Rose pupil textbooks to ensure consistency in Maths lesson delivery throughout the school.
KAPOW Primary Scheme of Work
The KAPOW planning framework and sequencing documentation is used in school to deliver lessons in: Science, Art and Design, Design Technology and Geography.

This scheme of work is used in school to deliver PSHE lessons, Religious Education lessons and some collective worships.
Purple Mash

2 Simple 'Purple Mash' is the chosen scheme of work in school for Computing and IT. Although all other topic areas use some aspects of Computing, Purple Mash is used to develop key skills, in line with the National Curriculum objectives.
Beyond the Physical

For PE at St Paul's CPS, VA, we work closely with Beyond the Physical. All lessons are based on a carefully planned sequence of lessons that is adapted to meet the needs of the children. Video support and model lessons support teachers and HLTAs.
Modern Foreign Languages- Spanish

Language Angels scheme of work is used in all Key Stage 2 lessons. Children are taught Spanish, preparing them for when they move onto KS3 at Cardinal Heenan HigH School.
