SEND Reforms 2026

Under the new 2026 government SEND reforms, schools have been directed to use the following strategy (see diagram below) to support pupils in school with SEND. At St Paul's CPS VA we feel our support for ALL children is at a 'strong standard' and we fully believe in inclusive mainstream practice and appropriate challenge for ALL pupils.

Quality first teaching, supported with 'reasonable adjustments', forms the basis of our vision for SEND pupils at St Paul's.

If you require any further help or advice, please contact Miss McIntyre, the school's SENCO. l.mcintyre@stpaulscps.org.uk  or 01132939901
