Year 6 have reached a very important term-their last at St.Paul's! Of course there will be the hard work of SATs but also many happy and wonderful experiences this term which they are sure to remember for years to come...their final school production, trip to London and Leaver's
assembly & party to name but a few.
Year 6 enjoyed an informative visit to the mosque where their hosts Nabilah and Lasaad provided an excellent insight into various aspects of the Islamic faith.
Year 6 have been studying the above book which is set in Lebanon in 1972. It's theme of a young girl, Ayesha, trapped in a war torn city resonates with the experiences of so many children in nearby Syria today. In the photographs, the children are using role play to explore the emotions of Ayesha and other characters.
