Children of the World
Spectacular performances were given by our Key Stage 1 children on both Wednesday afternoon and Thursday evening in this year's Christmas production, 'Children of the World'. The pupils represented children from countries across the world; Australia, Poland, Malawi and Eire to mention but a few. The children shared with us the various Christmas traditions from all the different countries and presented gifts to the baby Jesus at the nativity scene. A remarkable performance explaining the true meaning of Christmas was given by all the children, who sang their hearts out and looked fabulous in their costumes. A massive 'Thank you' to Mrs Heap for her accompaniment on the piano and to all KS1 staff, who without their huge efforts the performances would not be possible. Thank you to the whole audience for their warm appreciation and support. "Well done to all the children and thank you for such a wonderful Christmas production".
